Auer 302 Neophan Glider Pilot's Goggles

These were designed for both motorcycle and aircrew use and date from the pre-war and WWII period. The frame is nickel plated with leather face cushions and sprung elastic back strap. This pattern had the advantage of providing a wide field of view. This set is fitted with Perspex lenses which we believe to be replacements but an excellent display example of a scarce NSFK issue goggles.
