Kreigsmarine WWII Sea Mine Detonator Horn

This and others like it would have been screwed into a large German sea mine. It would have originally contained a vial of acid that would have broken on contact with a target ship releasing the contents which would burn through a thin membrane charge thus detonating the weapon. This one is empty and is finished in original black paint. Measures 6" (15 cm)
