Admiralty Pattern Desk Lamp with Bakelite Shade

This lamp is built to typical Royal Navy specification in solid brass and is fitted with the orignal Bakelite shade. It would originally have been bulkhead mounted, but to make it more suited to life ashore, we have had a brass base added to the original switch box. It has been professionally rewired using appropriate modern wiring and is fitted with a fused 13 amp plug.
